CONGRATULATIONS to Barry Miller of Ripley, the winner of the 2006 Tru-Value Country Showdown. Miller will compete at the state level on
August 18th in Parkersburg.
Runners-up were: Steadfast of Ripley and the Tyler Davis Band, also of Ripley.
The Colgate Country Showdown is designed to find the most promising country music talent in America, giving these performers a chance to launch their professional careers. For the 7th consecutive year,
98.3 "The Bull" will present the Showdown July 4th on the courthouse lawn in Ripley during
"The Biggest Small Town Independence Day Celebration in the Nation".
